In this article, the authors deals with Riemann-Liouville fractional singular systems with multiple time-varying delays. The main result is about stability of such systems. The concept of stablility in the field of fractional differential equation is a very interesting problem. Not much result exists due to several constrains. In this work two asymptotic stability criteria are derived using matrix equations or matrix inequalities. In this case one may directly calculate integer-order derivatives of the Lyapunov functions. At the end an example is provided to illustrate the theoretical findings.
