In Part I of the paper [J. Fractional Cac. 19, 1-8 (2001; Zbl 1011.35064)], the authors discussed the particular solutions of a one-dimensional almost heat flow equation in solids by means of N-fractional calculus. In this paper the authors discuss the general solutions to the equation by means of the N-fractional calculus method.
