Description

Model output from five joint species distribution models made with Hmsc in R. One global model with all data, and one model for each of four sites Skjellingahaugen, Gudmedalen, Lvisdalen, and Ulvehaugen. Omegas are species co-occurrence estimates. Models defined by EL, OO, data formatted by EL, model fit by OO. Scripts for model fitting and presenting output are not published here but follow the generic Hmsc pipeline as published in Ovaskainen Abrego (2020).
