Rationale: This repository contains the intermediate dataproduced in Passaro et al 2019. Background: The metagenomic investigations have unveiled the tight relationship between microbes, viruses and human health. In this scenario potentially oncogenic viruses may play a key role in promoting cancer development in immunosuppressed subjects.
