This dataset contains the hydro-meteorological data used in the studyImpacts of hot-dry conditions on hydropower production in Switzerland.Description: Thedata consists of adata.frame for each of the hydropower plants located in different regions over Switzerland. This datasetincludes the data for the historical (present-day or reference period) conditions and for the future climate projections as detailed in the paper.The data.frame structure is as follows: Date: Datetime columnd Generation: Observed daily hydropower generation collected from ENTSO-E Predictions: Predicted hydropower generation PREVAH: Daily discharge data PREVAH7D: 7Days lag values of discharge data PREVAH15D: 15Days lag values of discharge data PREVAH30D: 30Days lag values of discharge data spi_3: SPI-3 monthly values corresponding to the precipitationindex (SPI-3) STI_1: STI-1 monthly values corresponding to the temperatureindex (STI-1) For further details about the data, please refer to the study.
