The datasets contains metagenomic and metatranscriptomic Illumina reads simulated for 3 different sets of Bacteria: - Simple7 7 bacterial species, inlcuding 2 members of the genusCorynebacterium. - Medium20 20bacterial species, including 2 members of the genus Corynebacterium. - Complex32 32bacterial species, including 2 strains Escherichia coli,3 members of the genusShigella,2 members of theSalmonella, 4 members of the Lactobacillus, 2 members of the Corynebacterium, 2 members of the Desulfosporosinus.
