The dataset contains the fields that have been used in the Barrier et al. (2023) paper It contains: NEMO/PISCES 3D fields Zonal and meridional velocities Temperature Plankton concentration Chlorophyll APECOSM 2D and 3D fields for the epipelagic community Vertically integrated biomass density Size-binned 3D biomass For the three size classes described in the paper Trend terms (predation, growth, zonal and meridional advection/diffusion) Growth rate Functional response Mortality rates For space issue, the data provided here have been extracted for the Pacific ocean and for the upper 250m.
