High-throughput sequencing dataset for Trastuzumab CDRH3 variant library. Each library sample is created from flow cytometry-sorted yeast cells displaying variant Trastuzumab on the cell surface and categorized based on binding affinity with HER2: Sample 1: Tz variants strong binders Sample 2: Tz variants intermediate binders Sample 3: Tz variants weak binders All processed data and weights from 'Baselining the Buzz.Trastuzumab-HER2 Affinity, and Beyond!' can be found in data.zip
