A Riesz space \(E\) is said to have the \(b\)-property if every subset of \(E\) that is order bounded in the second order dual of \(E\) is also order bounded in \(E\). The authors deal with the interplay of the \(b\)-property with the Levi property, completeness, absolute weak topology, etc.
