This paper concerns the \(*\)-genvalue equation. The authors prove that this equation can be completely solved in terms of the corresponding eigenvalue problem for the quantum Hamiltonian. The solutions are obtained using a Weyl-type representation of the Moyal product and a family of intertwining operators. These operators are up to a normalization factor, the cross-Wigner transform.
