The author considers a consistent exchangeable family of all \(k\)-point motions in the Polish space \(E\) and related measure-valued flows. The author gives a universal framework on measure-valued flow describing how probabilities evolve under the consistent exchangeable family. Results on local times and Tanaka formula for measure-valued flows are also given.
