The authors study the conditions under which the Kählerian manifold \((TM,G,J)\) is Einstein. Three essential cases are studied. The main results of the paper show that \(TM\) endowed with a Kähler structure \((G,J)\) of general natural lift type is Einstein if and only if it has constant holomorphic sectional curvature.
