The existence of invariant measures for a class of Kolmogorov operators associated with semilinear stochastic partial differential equations with Cahn--Hilliard type drift term is proved. Maximal dissipativity in \(L^1\) of the Kolmogorov operator is confirmed by using gradient estimates on the associated pseudo-resolvent and a priori estimates for the moments of the invariant measure.
