In the present paper the authors, under suitable assumtions, study the limit behaviour for a family of variational inequalities, describing the limit problem. The inequalities considered are defined via nonlinear operators. For the quasilinear case they generalize a previous result (confined to the linear case) giving a more detailed characterization of the limit problem.
