Contrary to differential equations, \(q\)-difference equations usually admit a wealth of uniform meromorphic solutions. Moreover, it has been shown that Nevanlinna theory applied to such meromorphic solutions may provide good heuristic information about the integrability of nonlinear \(q\)-difference equations. The present paper investigates a particular class of equations and obtains lower bounds of the Nevanlinna lower order for their meromorphic solutions.
