Parametrization of the quadratic function fields whose divisor class numbers are divisible by three (Q1034283)

The authors develop the function field analog of the work \textit{P. Llorente} and \textit{E. Nart} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 87, 579--585 (1983; Zbl 0514.12003)] so as to parallel \textit{Y. Kishi} and \textit{K. Miyake} [J. Number Theory 80, No. 2, 209--217 (2000; Zbl 0976.11050)] to give a parametrization of quadratic function fields over finite fields whose divisor class numbers are divisible by three, under the assumption that the characteristic of the field is not three.
