By means of techniques of asymptotic centers and the methods of Hilbert spaces, the author establishes, under certain conditions, that the set of fixed points of a self Lipschitizian mapping defined on a bounded closed convex subset of a Hilbert space is a retract of the underlying bounded closed convex set.
