Dirichlet boundary conditions cannot be enforced when Galerkin methods are used with radial basis functions (RBF). Therefore, the difference between the solution for Dirichlet boundary conditions and Robin boundary conditions is estimated. The author's estimate in a previous paper in this journal is improved.
