The Perron-Frobenius Theorem is extended to positive polynomial operators in Banach lattices. The result is then applied to give necessary and sufficient conditions for the stability of positive polynomial operators. Then stability of complex, real and positive radii of positive polynomial operators is studied. It is shown that in this case the three radii coincide and can be computed by a simple formula.
