The authors give the necessary and sufficient conditions for the based \(\text{SU}(l)\)-instanton moduli spaces over \({\mathbb C}P^{2}\) and the unbased \(\text{SU}(2)\)-instanton moduli spaces over \(S^{4}\) to be spin manifolds.
