The paper deals with the stabilizability and stabilization of coupled infinite-dimensional systems. The developments presented by the article rely on results reported by the previous works \textit{K. Ammari and M. Tucsnak} [ESAIM, Control Optim. Calc. Var. 6 361--386 (2001; Zbl 0992.93039)] and \textit{M. Mehrenberger} [Acta Math. Hung. 103, No. 4, 321--348 (2004; Zbl 1062.93007)].
