The formulae found in part I [see the review above (Zbl 0563.76015)] of this paper are here applied to the case of the flat plate, taking into account Kutta-Joukowski's condition. It is shown that the amplitude of waves has the same value on the right and left of the profile and the mean value of the resultant of aerodynamic forces is vertical.
