Galen's Commentary on Hippocrates' Airs, Waters and Places is lost in Greek, but has been found in Arabic. The full text of Chapter 2 of Book III is here given with translation and a brief commentary. Its importance lies in the fact that it shows Galen's attitude towards astronomy and astrology, with reference to several astronomers whose works Galen considered paramount.
