The article is the continuation of author's results published in the first part [ibid. 28--33 (1984; Zbl 0552.51008)]: The 8 types of families of Lie W-curves are selected by means of certain group actions. To obtain a fine and complete classification the author uses 1-parameter groups of projectivities which leave certain quadrics invariant.
