Using results from pseudo-isotopy theory, surgery theory, and parametrized surgery theory, the authors give a description of \(\pi_ 0(diff L^{2n+1})\) (n\(\geq 2)\) where \(L^{2n+1}\) is a lens space with \(\pi_ 1(L^{2n+1})\) a cyclic group of odd order. The description is too technical to be given here.
