New families of group divisible designs have recently been constructed by \textit{K. A. Bush} [ibid. 5, 391-398 (1982; Zbl 0474.05014)], by \textit{S. Kageyama} and \textit{T. Tanaka} [ibid. 5, 231-241 (1981; Zbl 0506.62059)], and by \textit{Bhagwandas} and \textit{J. S. Parihar} [Commun. Stat., Theory Methods 11, 761-768 (1982; Zbl 0512.62078)]. Their constructions are generalised here.
