For neutral type systems \(\dot x(t)=A(t)x(t)+A_ 1(t)x(t-h)+A_ 2(t)\dot x(t-h)+B(t)u(t)+B_ 1(t)u(t-h),\) the concepts of approximate controllability and supercontrollability and dual to them the concept of ideal observation of the conjugate system, introduced by the author, are investigated. The results are illustrated by examples.
