We consider almost periodic systems \(\dot x=A(t)x\) which have the ''Favard property'', that is, any nontrivial bounded solution x(t) satisfies inf\(| x(t)| >0\). Sufficient conditions are given under which the system has a nontrivial almost periodic solution.
