Using the methods of finding the estimation of the resolvent of non-self- adjoint operators, a general estimation of the resolvent for bounded operator-valued functions is given. The estimation is useful in various problems arising in the spectral theory of non-self-adjoint operators, mainly by problems on the completeness of the root vectors of operator valued functions and operators.
