The paper presents an exact series solution to the one-dimensional initial-boundary value problem for a homogeneous isotropic semi-space in the linear dynamic thermoelasticity with two relaxation times. The problem is described by a central equation of the theory and it is solved by the use of a decomposition theorem and of the Laplace transform technique. The solution obtained is generated by series of Neumann type satisfying integro-differential equations associated with the central equation.
