The propagation of singular wave fronts in a nonhomogeneous isotropic elastic half-space with jump varying material properties is considered. The treatment in this paper is restricted to two or three-dimensional elastodynamic problems. The nonlinear partial differential equation which governs the shape of the wave front is solved by finding a complete integral for this equation.
