A cutset in a poset P is a subset of P which meets every maximal chain in P. In this paper the author studies the posets in which every minimal cutset is an antichain. In particular he shows that if P is a poset containing no N, then every minimal cutset in P is an antichain, that the converse also holds when P is finite, and that this converse fails in general.
