This paper mainly gives an example of a strongly normal cone in a reflexive infinite dimensional Banach space. Suppose V is a Hilbert space over the set of real numbers. Let \(B=\{y:y\in V,\| y-x_ 0\| \leq 1/8\}\), where \(x_ 0\in V\), \(\| x_ 0\| =1\), and let \(K=\{rx;x\in B\), and \(r\geq 0\}\). Then K is a strongly normal cone in a reflexive infinite dimensional Banach space.
