In this note duality theory for non-linear fractional programming problems subject to non-linear constraints is established over polyhedral cones in complex space. The results presented here are an extension of some of the results obtained by \textit{S. Schaible} [Z. Oper. Res., Ser. A 18, 187-196 (1974; Zbl 0291.90067)] for the real space.
