Some q-orthogonal polynomials (Q1063757)

The author claims to have a new orthogonality relation for the little q- Jacobi polynomials introduced by Hahn. Unfortunately the proof is only formal, and the series summed by Ramanujan's \({}_ 1\psi_ 1\) sum is divergent when the degrees are large. These polynomials of Hahn are very large for large degree except on the points supporting the measure found by Hahn (not Andrews and the reviewer as claimed by the author). It is unlikely one can find any other measures (signed ones) than the positive measure of Hahn.
