Products of Tits geometries: a construction of \(C_ N\) geometries with non-classical residues (Q1063870)

Generalizing earlier constructions, the author defines a kind of ''product'' of Tits geometries. (The author remarks that the term ''sum'' might seem more appropriate but would conflict with the use of the word sum in diagram geometries). The definition is rather complicated; in the simpler cases, the point set of the product spaces is a disjoint union of the point sets of the components. This enables the author to construct high rank Tits geometries of type \(C_ n\) from lower ranking ones.
