The author proposes a method of integration based on partitioning of the entire domain of specification of the operator and on the substitution \(r=ae^ t\), with subsequent averaging of the coefficients specified on the resultant subdomains. This procedure proves to be highly effective for problems of stability of prestretched annular plates.
