The notion of the weakly \((\Gamma_ 1,\Gamma_ 2)\)-atomic models has been discussed in detail by \textit{J. T. Baldwin} and \textit{D. W. Kueker} [Ann. Math. Logic 20, 289-330 (1981; Zbl 0494.03024)]. In the present paper, an example of a complete inductive theory is given, having algebraically prime models, but no weakly (\(\Sigma\),\(\Sigma)\)-atomic models.
