The author establishes some estimates for the second order derivatives of the solution of \({\bar \partial}\)-Neumann problem. When the Levi form is nondegenerate and the metric is a Levi metric similar estimates were obtained by \textit{P. C. Greiner} and \textit{E. M. Stein} [Math. Notes 19. Princeton (1977; Zbl 0354.35002)]. In this paper the metric may be arbitrary Hermitian and in some cases the Levi form is degenerate.
