The authors modify Theorems II.2.2 and 2.3 of their paper [ibid. 59, 35- 142 (1984; Zbl 0559.10026)] because of a false assertion. Further some remarks on a conjecture in {\S} 6 of the second author's paper [Prog. Math. 51, 199-232 (1984; Zbl 0563.10023)] are given.
