Two fold-over 14 point designs of the \(2^ 4\times 3^ 3\) factorial in \(\Delta^*\) are presented which are d-optimal but are not odd optimal. The construction of designs and the optimality results have been carried through matrices. The theoretical results have been substantiated through an example in case of even balanced determinant optimal main effect fold- over designs for the \(2^ 4\times 3^ 3\) factorial.
