The author obtains the following main result of the paper. Theorem. Let \(M^ 3\subset {\mathbb{C}}^ 2\) be strictly pseudo-convex at p. There is an open neighborhood U of p in M such that for each q in U there is a smooth chain which passes through both p and q.
