    The behaviour of the Josephson junction in the limit of infinitely many degrees of freedom is investigated. \textit{A. Wehrl}'s [Commun. Math. Phys. 23, 319-342 (1971; Zbl 0226.46067)] ideas of new limiting procedure in the spin-waves representations are applied to the problem. The difficulties connected with the description of the limiting system's time evolution can be overcome.
