Numerical solution of the energy equation for the temperature distribution in viscous flow past a porous flat plate is obtained. A uniform suction, that follows step function change, is applied normal to the plate. The results for different values of Prandtl numbers are found by finite difference technique, when the suction velocity doubles in the step change.
