(\(\Gamma\) ,\(\Gamma\) ')-free bordisms, characteristic numbers and stationary point sets (Q1069186)

This paper describes a notion of characteristic numbers for unoriented equivariant bordism of a G-space X with respect to a pair of families of subgroups. Additionally, the author shows that a G action with no \(G_ 2\) stationary points bounds, where \(G_ 2\) is the maximal 2-torus in the center of G. Finally he considers a notion of equivariantly trivial normal bundles.
