The author's relativistic theory of gravitation describes the gravitation as a field in Minkowski space. As shown in this paper, in this theory the exterior gravitational field of a nonstatic spherically symmetric body is static and spherically symmetric (the analogue of Birkhoff's theorem). The corresponding metric is shown to coincide with the well-known Fock integral.
