Certain processes in analysis, e.g., the computation of Laplace-Stieltjes moment integrals, lead to difference equations of infinite order. In this paper, we seek to apply an analog of the famous Miller algorithm for difference equations of finite order to these systems. In certain situations we are able to demonstrate the convergence of the algorithm.
