Humliček gab 1979 einen Algorithmus für die Berechnung von \(\exp (- z^ 2)erfc(-iz)\) (deren Realteil die Voigt-Funktion der Astrophysik ist) in der oberen Halbebene an, der im vorliegenden unter Symmetriebenutzung auf die ganze Ebene ausgedehnt und auch auf die Berechnung der Fehlerfunktion, der Fresnel-Integrale und der Dawson-Funktion im Komplexen angewendet wird. Für höhere Ableitungen der genannten Funktion sind Algorithmen von Matta und Reichel (1971) vorzuziehen.
