The paper is based on a detailed analysis of ''perspectivity configurations'' - underlying the hypothesis in Desargues' law. In particular various transitions between Arguesian configurations are described. The main result then establishes a standard non-Arguesian configuration consisting of 20 projective planes in any algebraic modular non-Arguesian lattice.
