We develop an iterative scheme which can be computerised in order to solve the problem for analytic universal deformations. Moreover, we make some assumptions on the equations derived from the scheme and thereby obtain a result. The result is that if the first- and second-order derivatives of the deformation tensor are zero at a point within the domain of analyticity, then the deformation is homogeneous. There are therefore no new solutions for such a case.
